Hello, Mamou!

Hello to long weekend, sucks it's been raining though. Anyways, so much has happened, I've only had the chance to blog now since it's holiday. Busy busy, more like, lazy lazy. :D

So, the other day we had lunch at Mamou, newly-opened restaurant in Powerplant mall. My first time was in Serendra, even if that was a long time ago, I could still remember I enjoyed the food there.

Roast Pork and Chicken

I say, this is the BEST. It may sound too ordinary, pork chop and chicken, but it's really really delicious and very flavorful. I definitely loved it.

California Pizza Kitchen, in short, CPK!

I remember my dad joking us that CPK stands for Cat, Pusa, Kitten/Kuting. Hahaha! LOL

Anyways last Saturday, my family and I had dinner at CPK in Powerplant Mall. The food was okay, the service not so. For restaurants like this, the receptionist should introduce us to our server but no, they did not. And they weren't really attentive.

Potato Leek Soup

We originally ordered for their Pumpkin soup but later on, the server told us they didn't have it anymore. Sucked. I didn't really like the Potato Leek Soup. At first, it was okay but as you went on, it's nakaka-sawa. Dane and I both ordered for this, we should have just shared.

The Meat Cravers Pizza

I loved this! My mom was so disappointed when she knew that CPK no longer offers their famous Santa Fe pizza. It's her favorite. Too bad for my mom but lucky for me 'cause I got to order this meat cravers pizza. :D

This morning on our way to DLSU to pick up Dane, we passed by Pasong Tamo and I literally shrieked when I saw this signage.

Caffe Ti-amo, Greenbelt 5 ♥

 

 

Caffe Ti-amo in Greenbelt 5

I'm so happy there's Caffe Ti-amo in Greenbelt 5. It's right in front of Mango, going to Greenbelt 1. I love it because it's inexpensive and oh-so-yummy! My favorite is their MILK CHEESE. I also love their Vanilla Pretzel. Sad though, they don't have mint chocolate.

Before you order, you can try out their different flavors first so you'd know which one to get. Whenever I go there, I always ask for a free taste even if I already know its taste. Hehe

Beef Curry Rice w/ Cheese

The last time I went to Pepper Lunch, I ordered Beef Curry Rice w/ Cheese. It was my first time to try their pepper rice with cheese; I was curious how it'd taste like. Well honestly, with or without cheese, it's just the same! Or probably because the curry itself was very flavorful already so I didn't feel the cheese. Maybe next time I should just try it with the original beef pepper rice.
